TRANSITIONAL
This project is a great example of blending traditional and modern elements. It was designed by OXB Studio Architects before we were brought on board. Our team worked with the already stunning Architecture laid out by OXB and added the transitional feel by selecting finishes that not only fit the house, but also the neighborhood and client's style. This was a ground up build including all the associated site work. The home is located among beautiful redwood trees and adjacent to a hillside. In order to nestle the home into the site the design called for extensive foundation and retaining wall work.
